Jharkhand News: झारखंड की राजधानी में शहरी विकास को गति देने के प्रयास में रांची नगर निगम की टीम को बड़ा झटका लगा। शनिवार दोपहर रातू रोड के मधुकम रुगड़ीगड़ा इलाके में सरकारी आवासों से अवैध कब्जे हटाने पहुंची टीम का स्थानीय लोगों ने जबरदस्त विरोध किया। मामला इतना बिगड़ा कि महिलाएं सड़क पर लेट गईं और मुख्य द्वार को बंद कर हल्ला मचाने लगीं। निगम की इंफोर्समेंट टीम और पुलिस को पीछे हटना पड़ा। यह घटना रांची में अतिक्रमण हटाओ अभियान की चुनौतियों को सामने ला रही है, जहां सड़क चौड़ीकरण और गरीबों के लिए बने घरों की सुरक्षा पर सवाल खड़े हो गए हैं।
विरोध कैसे भड़का? दोपहर की कार्रवाई में हंगामा
घटना 11 अक्टूबर 2025 को दोपहर करीब 2 बजे शुरू हुई। रांची सदर अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी के आदेश पर दंडाधिकारी की अगुवाई में निगम टीम और सुखदेव नगर थाने की पुलिस रुगड़ीगड़ा पहुंची। यहां बीएसपी योजना के तहत गरीबों के लिए बने सरकारी आवासों पर बिना अनुमति के कब्जे हो चुके थे। कुछ जगहों पर लोग स्थायी रूप से रहे थे, तो कहीं बांस-बल्ली से दुकानें चला रहे थे। दंडाधिकारी ने कब्जाधारियों को सामान बाहर निकालने का नोटिस दिया, लेकिन लोगों ने इसे ठुकरा दिया। विरोधियों ने नारे लगाए, टीम पर पानी फेंका और सड़क जाम कर दी। महिलाओं की संख्या ज्यादा होने से स्थिति बिगड़ी।

रुगड़ीगड़ा क्षेत्र में निगम ने गरीबों के लिए सैकड़ों फ्लैट बनाए थे। लेकिन कई वर्षों से इन पर अवैध कब्जे हैं। कब्जाधारी कहते हैं कि वे बेघर हो जाएंगे, जबकि निगम का तर्क है कि यह सड़क चौड़ीकरण के लिए जरूरी है। एक स्थानीय निवासी ने कहा, हम गरीब हैं, कहीं और रहने का इंतजाम नहीं।” निगम अधिकारियों ने बताया कि यह अभियान शहर को ट्रैफिक जाम से मुक्त करने के लिए है। लेकिन विरोध के कारण कई बार अभियान रुक जाता है। यह घटना रांची के शहरीकरण की समस्या को उजागर कर रही है।
पुलिस और प्रशासन की प्रतिक्रिया
सुखदेव नगर थाने के प्रभारी ने कहा, विरोध शांतिपूर्ण रहा, कोई चोट नहीं लगी। हम बातचीत से हल निकालने की कोशिश करेंगे। निगम ने चेतावनी दी कि अवैध कब्जे हटाने का अभियान जारी रहेगा। अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी ने बताया कि प्रभावित परिवारों के लिए वैकल्पिक व्यवस्था पर विचार हो रहा है। स्थानीय विधायक ने भी हस्तक्षेप की बात कही। लेकिन ग्रामीणों ने मांग की कि बिना पुनर्वास के कार्रवाई न हो।
