Jharkhand News: झारखंड सरकार ने गरीब लोगों की मदद के लिए एक अच्छा कदम उठाया है। मुख्यमंत्री गंभीर बीमारी उपचार योजना को अब मुख्यमंत्री अबुआ स्वास्थ्य सुरक्षा योजना के साथ जोड़ दिया गया है। इस बदलाव से बीमार लोगों को ज्यादा पैसा मिलेगा। पहले की तुलना में अब 15 लाख रुपये तक मुफ्त इलाज की सुविधा मिल सकेगी। यह फैसला 13 अगस्त 2025 को स्वास्थ्य विभाग की बैठक में लिया गया। बैठक की अध्यक्षता अपर मुख्य सचिव अजय कुमार सिंह ने की।
यह योजना आयुष्मान भारत मुख्यमंत्री जन आरोग्य योजना के तहत काम करेगी। इसमें ट्रस्ट मोड का इस्तेमाल होगा, जिससे इलाज आसान हो जाएगा। सरकार का कहना है कि इससे झारखंड के लोग आसानी से अच्छा इलाज पा सकेंगे। योजना में 21 तरह की गंभीर बीमारियां शामिल हैं। इन बीमारियों के इलाज के लिए पैकेज तय किए जाएंगे। स्वास्थ्य निदेशक को इस काम का जिम्मा दिया गया है।
योजना से किसे फायदा होगा
यह योजना गरीब परिवारों के लिए है। अगर कोई व्यक्ति गंभीर बीमारी से पीड़ित है, तो वह 15 लाख रुपये तक का मुफ्त इलाज करवा सकता है। सरकार चाहती है कि हर व्यक्ति को अच्छी स्वास्थ्य सेवा मिले। अपर मुख्य सचिव अजय कुमार सिंह ने कहा कि सभी लोग मिलकर इस योजना को सफल बनाएं। इससे राज्य के नागरिकों को पारदर्शी और अच्छी सेवा मिलेगी।
सहिया कार्यकर्ताओं को भी मिलेगा फायदा
बैठक में सहिया (आशा कार्यकर्ता) बहनों के लिए भी अच्छी खबर आई। ई-केवाईसी प्रक्रिया में मदद करने पर उन्हें अब ज्यादा पैसे मिलेंगे। पहले केंद्र सरकार से 5 रुपये मिलते थे, अब राज्य सरकार अतिरिक्त 5 रुपये देगी। कुल 10 रुपये प्रति कार्ड पर इंसेंटिव मिलेगा। इस प्रस्ताव को जल्द कैबिनेट में भेजा जाएगा।
अस्पतालों पर भी नजर
सरकार ने अस्पतालों को योजना में जोड़ने के लिए हर महीने बैठक करने का फैसला किया। अस्पतालों का चयन पारदर्शी तरीके से होगा। राज्यकर्मी स्वास्थ्य सुरक्षा योजना के तहत अच्छे अस्पतालों को शामिल किया जाएगा। इससे इलाज की गुणवत्ता बढ़ेगी।
