ED Raids minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy's residences

Hyderabad: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has launched searches at various properties belonging to Telangana Revenue and Housing and Information and Public Relations Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy. The raids are being carried out at his Jubilee Hills residence, his farmhouse in Himayat Sagar, his infrastructure offices in Banjara Hills and the houses of his relatives.
Details of the raid:
- *Time and Place:* The raid began in the morning on 27 September 2024.
- *Number of teams:* 16 teams from Delhi are raiding 15 locations simultaneously.
- *Case:* According to the report, these raids are being conducted in connection with money laundering and alleged customs duty evasion. However, ED officials have not yet made any official confirmation about the case.
Previous Raids:
This is not the first time that the ED has raided Ponguleti's properties. His residence and offices were raided in November last year as well during the Telangana Assembly elections.
